Our 'from £' hourly rate covers a trained, insured cleaner and all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Specialist extras like carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or ironing are quoted and charged separately.
How is the estimated time calculated?▼
We estimate based on your property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the current condition of the space, and any add-ons you choose. For example, a regular clean for a typical 2-bedroom flat usually takes 2–3 hours, while a deep clean can take 4–6 hours. We confirm the final price after a quick walkthrough or a detailed description of the space.

Commercial cleaning is priced per job, so we tailor the rate to your premises.
