1. About us
Indigo Pro Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Herefordshire and surrounding areas. Contact: sandra@indigoproclean.uk, +44 7346 813915.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may be adjusted if the property, size, or condition differs on the day. A booking is confirmed only once we reply to accept your requested date and time.
3. Access and preparation
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, working electricity and hot water, and letting us know about any pets, alarms, or fragile items in advance.
4. Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of the service unless agreed otherwise. Accepted methods are bank transfer and cash. Late payments may incur a reasonable administration fee.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the booking value to cover reserved time.
6. Our commitments
We aim to arrive on time, treat your property with care, and complete the work to a professional standard. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange to put it right.
7. Liability
We carry public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected service.
8. Complaints
Please raise any concern with us first at sandra@indigoproclean.uk so we can resolve it quickly.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
